We did our outdoor area ourselves with slate and the idea was to make things look rustic / pretty with stone. We didn’t use cement to fix the stones or the slate and it’s been a disaster, particularly with a dog and now a toddler. Ideally we want someone with the know-how in relation to cement so that we can relay the slate pavers but this time cement it all in and remove the stone element so it becomes a solid patio area. We can help with clearing the area. We will also purchase any necessary materials like cement. There is road base already as we did that originally so we’d simply remove the slate and also the layer of stone and paving sand. Please help!
