I have a flat pack garden shed that needs erecting. Size 1.51m x 0.78 x1.82.

Needing a small chicken coop built for some baby chicks. Pomona.

Garden Shed bottom wall channel join to Formply floor. Approx 12m fine snap off blade cut down and across 3-4mm, scrap out old sealant, light grind or sand and reapply cartridge sealant,

Location: Pinbarren (5 mins north of Pomona). Need someone with a variety of general handyman skills, good attention to detail, careful, reliable, cleans up after themselves, good communication. Bring own power drill, screwdrivers, chisel etc as needed - see tasks below: - replace window locks x3 - standard sliding windows (new locks supplied). - replace magnetic door stops (x5) - door stops supplied - replace internal door handles (x8) - handles and hardware supplied - wash down (sugar soap), repaint 2 walls with 1 coat of paint (hallway). Sugar soap, paint supplied (we also have paint rollers, tray) - touch-up paint (door frames, wall corners where chipped). Paint supplied. Supply own ladder/other equipment if needed. - repair/replace grout between a few floor tiles (hallway, lounge room) See pics attached

4.5 x 3 m EasyShed 2 x Skylights 2 x internal portal and corner doors

Assemble 3x3 absco garden shed and anchor to concrete slab. Install folding hills clothesline on brick wall.

Need repair done to large crack in cieling Approx 3 m on gyprock join and area that has damp which now has small hole .. would require going in loft to check cause of damp. And cuting out damp area and replacing gyprock.. and taping, sanding refilling area that is cracked so can paint. Many thanks - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 26 January 2023

2 concrete tanks under deck need to be broken up and in filled, so i can arrange for it to be filled over. I will remove some of hhd decking panels as required. - Due date: Flexible

Restring Daytek Rotary Clothesline. Old clothesline has already been removed, apart from 4 bolts which I cannot get out. I have the clothesline, just need someone to remove 4 bolts and put the new string on.
