Install a panel as per photo using the existing post on the right and using the fence rail( inside of fence) and dynabolt to driveway floor using bracket to install another post to the left . Then fixing panel aligned with other panels to the right. It will be easier when you see the job. Ladder provided if needed. Please work quietly as is my elderly mum's house and do not be bothered by nosy and unfriendly tenants renting next door. Just focus on the job and u can not go on their property. You might want a quick look first and if different screws or bracket is needed I can purchase ready for installing. The panel is quite long so when fixing you can temp use a screw to hang one side to make it easier when securing the other side . You can work it out, an old man attached the three panels to the right on his own in a few hours. Just to be clear the panel is to be installed inside the black gate to the left towards the inside gate.

I have a mirrored shaving cabinet with underside shelf that I need installed. It weighs about 30kgs. The wall is tiled, with the right hand side being brick under the tiles, and the left hand side plasterboard (there was a doorway there that was filled in). A stud finder capable of finding the studs through the tile will help. There is 4 hanging brackets on the back of the cabinet. The power point that is on the wall is to go inside the shelf. I can help with the actual lifting of the cabinet onto the wall. I think the wall plugs supplied will be OK for the brick side of the wall, but I'm not sure about the plasterboard side. Something more heavy duty might be necessary if the stud can't be used.
