The hose from my kitchen sink is broken when it’s on the hot water it works but when I turn into cold water, it starts a leak and nearly flooded my kitchen

I have an old pine floor partially sanded needing a lighter sand, stain and varnish to complete. The house is over 2 levels including 3 bedrooms, an entry, 2 stairs, a dining room and a kitchen. Only skilled and highly experienced trades person to apply. The last worker did not have the skills to cut old boards from under the cupboard and insert into two places using the jigsaw method as I require. There are two gas vents that need careful work so the joins are not so obvious in key spots. The floor is basically sanded but still needs finishing off work.

I'm looking for someone to repair a section of my Vuly Thunder L trampoline net. Heavy Mirror Installation – 70kg Steel Frame (Mount Eliza) We’re looking for an experienced professional to securely hang a steel-framed mirror weighing approx. 70kg. The mirror is 2.4m wide by 1.5m high and will be installed above a fireplace on a plaster wall. Behind the plaster is solid bluestone, so it’s essential that the mirror is fixed directly into the bluestone, not just the plaster. There are two fixed brackets (one on each side, centred) that will be used for mounting. You’ll need the right tools and fixings to safely drill into bluestone and hang a mirror of this weight. The job is located in Mount Eliza, 3930. Two men will be on-site to help lift and hold the mirror in place during installation.
