Some windows cannot be locked

Had an area of ceiling cornice come away. Need it replaced.

Bathroom is being renovated and gutted - I need someone to re-plaster before waterproofing. The bathroom is 3 x 2 and ceiling and walls to around half height will need to be replaced, where the existing tiles have been removed. You can see the current bathroom in the photos. The ceiling has a hole from recent storm damage and needs patching rather than replacing the whole lot. Price is for labour, materials on top of this. Needs to be done on 15 September.

3.75m x 2.25m easy shed install with skylight and window additions

I need an installation of a replacement door and hinges with existing door furniture - handle/lock (not electronic). The door may need some minor shaving down? Standard door size 820mm by 2040mm by 35mm. Flexible regarding painting - can do myself or installer may quote on painting as well.

Venetian blinds won’t close.

The line in our retractable, ground mounted clothes line is worn & broken Other than that the framework is good so we would appreciate just replacing the line

Remove 2 light fixtures in ceiling and install 2 ceiling fans (with lights) and the wall controls in 2 bedrooms. Ceiling fans will be pre-purchased from Bunnings.

Assemble garden shed out of box and fix to ground/wall. Please see photos
