There may be a need to clean one gutter of some leaves (above the carport). Sliding door is not working well and may need rollers replaced. Kitchen door has fallen of the hinges and may need a rescrew. Bathroom window can't open may need a bit of scrape or WD 40. There is some painting little section where old Aircon was may need to be primed and painted to match rest of the wall. Garden shed had the side panel pop out in the wind ...may need to be pushed back in

One roofing sheets on the back veranda has popped out are little l and rattles when windy .It may need popping back in and screwing in perhaps.There may be a need to blow aome some leaves from the top of the carport and check the gutters.There is a plastic pipe behind the water tank that needs a bit of glue or perhaps some tape. - Due date: Flexible
