Find an experienced handyman in Melrose Park

I have several pictures that I would like hung on the wall (approx. 11) of varying sizes. I usually use 3M but struggle to get them straight etc. Happy for hooks to be put in the wall (Brick home).

I have a 2011 Television I want to see if someone can fix it before I replace it. It was working this morning and when I went to turn it on in the afternoon it wouldn't turn on but still lights up (power lights, not the screen)and makes the usual sounds the tv makes when it WOULD turn on. Screen isn't turning on at all now.

I am looking for a reliable builder to hire for working on the conversion of part of an existing room into a bathroom. The final size of the bathroom will be approximately 3.00 x 2.80 meters (to be agreed, depending on design constraints). In order to create the new space, it is required to separate the 'dining' space from the remaining 'lounge' space with a new wall (refer to the diagram attached).
