Hi, I have a leaking upstairs shower (it is due to the shower base). Can a custom shower base (acrylic, fibreglass) be installed instead of redoing the waterproofing and tiling? What are the pro and cos over taking off tiles and waterproof and retile. See photos of the shower area. There is a step over to get into the shower area.
