PLEASE PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE CLICKING: The kitchen drian gets blocked and leaks. The dishwasher is currently not usable because of this issue, giving E5 error. The master bathroom's sink's water takes some time to go down. This issue has happened 3 times previously and reoccurring after one-two month passed fixing. Hydro jet was used for cleaning by previous plumbers. I need someone with A CAMERA to investigate the issue and find the reason first, then apply a solution.

Tap in kitchen sink is leaking when it is running.

I want to change my kitchen sink and have already decided on one. I'm wanting someone to replace the current one with the new one. The current one measures 1100mm x 500mm and the new one is 1160mm x 500mm. Please see pictures for reference. I will also need the new tap replaced as well.

The kitchen pull-out sink mixer was installed recently; however, it is missing few bits such as the base and O-ring (see attached photos). I have the parts, just need them installed.
