Looking for a handy mand to fix the kitchen drawer

I need one cupboard change for a set of 4 drawers. We have the drawers, however, the holes are not pre-drilled in the cavity. I don’t know how much this would reasonably cost.

The 2 drawers no longer closes all the way – it stops with a 5–6 cm gap instead of fully closing. • We’ve had a similar issue before that couldn’t be adjusted, so the runners/tracks had to be replaced. • Because of the existing holes and how the cabinet was originally built, the previous cabinet maker had to modify/resize some of the wood to make the new tracks fit.

Our kitchen cabinetry is from IKEA but when we bought the house the drawers were always misaligned. This is making it really difficult for us to baby proof I believe you can take them off the tracks to realign but I can’t figure it out.
