Large internal door has come off its fittings and needs to be safely reinstalled and aligned. It is heavy, so please only offer if you have experience installing large internal doors.

Top hinge screws on an internal door has become loose and needs to be fixed. The door and hinges have been painted originally. The door is timber, while the door frame is metal. Please see the photos for details.

Door opens inwards to bedroom, which blocks a secondary door inside the room. (poorly designed) Would like door rehung so it opens outwards from the room into the hallway, instead of inwards. Hinges and door handle on the door itself can remain in place as is, as they will be correctly orientated when rehung. Reuse existing door and door hardware.
