I have three internal doors that need the lever handles being replaced. The job is straight forward, main thing that needs doing is larger holes to fit the screws of the level. All the internal lever components fit fine. Replacing for Zanda Baxter handles, which I have all components for. I require the job to be completed by end of day Friday 3rd Oct. Thanks

Hang an internal door. Door is too tall for doorway (approx. 2cm) so needs to be power sawed. Door hinges also on the wrong side of door so need to be switched to other side. Note: pics show door upside down (so hinges look to be on the correct side).

The bathroom/laundry door in my unit is large and very heavy and needs to be dismounted and propped up on the wall out of the way near the bathroom before Thursday afternoon 1pm to accommodate a washing machine delivery (the space is too small to fit the machine without the door removed). I need to replace 5 internal doors in my apartment in haymarket

Earlier this year I arranged for someone to change the hinges on four internal doors (changed from silver to aged bronze hinges, to match the hardware in the rest of the apartment). The new hinges are Ball Bearing Hinges, they are not self-closing hinges. Ever since the new hinges were installed, two (of the four) doors do not stay in place when they are open and gradually swing back/forth. This didn’t happen with the previous hinges. I’m hoping someone can suggest a way this can be fixed? Note: I would prefer someone who has fixed this type of issue before. I CAN NOT remove the door frame, so please do not quote on task if that is the only suggestion. Only available Fridays and Saturdays.

Need three new solid pre-primed doors 820mm to be purchased from Trademaster in South Granville and then installed in an apartment in Surry Hills. Doors are $137 incl. GST and will be reimbursed outside of this quote at cost. Two doorways are just under 820mm (bedrooms) and one is just under 715mm (bathroom) (Using the existing hollowcore door measurements) Doors are being installed into steel frames with the hinges, screws and doors mechanisms all already on site. Parking can be provided in the building.
