I need a chipped tile replaced but don’t have any spare, it might be able to be fixed 715mm length x 155mm width

We are removing a fireplace and a stud wall. The demolition works are set to be complete on Tuesday 9th. There will be roughly 3m2 of ceiling that will need fixing and a 15cm x 300cm part of wall that will need patching.

I have had a roller blind installed into a timber window frame. It was fixed to the top timber. Above this was a void that was filled with 'packers'. After pulling on the blind over time to open it, it has pulled off the top piece of timber.
