Designing a medical centre of 85sqm with new 3 consultant rooms and a DA toilet. Need demolishing existing wall and build new partition walls.

Repair some nail holes make surface good and paint over (supplied) Paint one wall, repair minor damage to two internal doors, make good and paint.

Repair two cracks of about 10 cm on the gypro surface. We hope for a good appearance while controlling the cost.

1 x wall bracket mounted on wall. Gyprock wall, fixed wall mount and 55’ tv are both ready to be installed. Just need someone with the skills and tools needed to do the job.

Need to fix the single carport ceiling which is approximately 3metre wide x 6 metres long. The house is 28years old as the carport is exposed to outside weather like wind and cold gyprock ceiling have cracks at joining areas and have bubbles formed. So someone with experience with gyprock and painting may need to have a look at the pictures and suggest and quote to fix this ceiling before it gets worse.

Need a strip of gyprock done on wall & ceiling where we ripped out a wall, timbers in place they’ll just need a few screws to secure them.

Plumbing required to lower vanity tap and washing machine taps lower so that a new vanity and laundry bench can be installed , will need someone who can cut out gyprock to get to the pipes and then patch up .
