We had a water leak (now fixed). Need to replace a section of gyprock, patch it, sand, and flash

I need a someone very handy to fix our gyprocking. One is a dodgily patched ceiling left over from a flue (40x40cm). Two spots above door (caused by house movement) and kitchen ceiling as shown in photos.

Sheets replaced ready for tiler. 2 niches built in. Minor patching around window. Looking for quote,

Small gyprock job ready to go – powder room ceiling and partial walls, plus ground floor ceiling and walls, and minor patching under stairs. Includes setting, sanding, cornice installation, and supply and installation of new skirting boards to affected areas to match existing. All demo is complete, framing exposed and ready for install. Hang mirror onto gyprock wall

We got the wrong mirror installed in our powder. We need someone to remove this mirror from the wall. The mirror is glued to the wall, and we have a basin and a stone bench top that needs to be protected while this work is done. Once the mirror is out, we expect some gyprock with need to be fixed to make the wall even again. We need this work to be done soon, preferably within the next week if possible.

I have accidentally rippled my wall while trying to hang a picture. It now has a spot that need patching. I’m looking for a painter to help fix the wall and paint it so it blends with the rest of the wall. Paint available for the touch up.
