need the downpipe situation fixed so that it goes into garden and not just hovering over a hole with bricks keeping it up - i paid someone else to do it but it’s not done properly and I have tenants moving into the house in a week. Water currently going everywhere and missing the hole. Sorry for poor quality photos. Can send better ones tonight. Basically I need the pavers lifted, a hole dug, a new pipe from Bunnings and it replacing this short one that is currently hovering. - Due date: Before Friday, 25 November 2022

I need a variety of tasks done prior to having tenants move in. All included in the images. 1. Skirting needs to be put on (3 spots, I am struggling trying to source the right size but don’t really care if it’s not perfect) 2. Bathroom: tiles need grouting behind toilet and on floor. I have the grout. Also tiles at bottom of toilet need to be put on and the wall sealed behind toilet. I have all the tiles. 3. Biggest job: downpipe needs to be replaced from this temporary situation. Needs to be dug into ground and into garden. About 1.5 metres. Not a difficult job I just can’t be bothered. - Due date: Flexible

I don’t think this is going to be difficult but I’m inside on my last day of Covid isolation and can’t do it myself. Going crazy not having natural light in the house and want someone to remove this shade from the wooden part. I think it’s going to be an easy job to remove; it’s nailed into the double brick and so you just need something to remove the nails and a ladder (I don’t have one hence posting this) . - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 6 August 2022

Need some odd jobs around my house done. Specifically: - tiling up around the toilet that got replaced and filling the hole between the toilet and outside. The guy just never came back to finish it off. - putting nails into double brick so I can put frames up - replace skirting in a few spots - fixing my cupboard door Photos all attached indicate what is needed.

Need a handyman ASAP. Bread slicer leaver broke when being moved. The leaver helps lift the bread slicer open to slice bread. Hard to explain but should hopefully be an easy fix. Might need a new part. Need fixed ASAP. Thanks

Install two screen doors already purchased from Bunnings at a flat in glenelg.

The middle hinge on my front screen door has detached preventing the door from shutting properly. The top and bottom hinges remain serviceable but in poor condition and likely also need to be replaced. Seeking to return the door to a serviceable conditions where it closes again. - Due date: Flexible

I have just brought 3 aluminium ute tray sides for my dual cab which currently has a flat tray on it after taking the tool boxes off. I need someone to cut down and install the 3 new sides, all hardware is here including bolts etc. just needs to be cut to size and the clips bolted on Happy to bring to you if it’s within reason, and can provide photos of the job if you need

I have decorators coming to paint a large bedroom for me and I need help moving the bed, sofa bed to another room also taking down of 5 roller blinds and 2 pairs curtains which are approx 3 meters high. I have ladders and a moving trolley and would like done asap

Need to repair approx 10 sqm of ceiling (bulkheads too) in a kitchen renovation. Flush back and paint.
