Sorry messed up previously, if you quoted previously can you please message me again. We need a handy person who can do bits and bobs for us at a reasonable price. Here are examples of things that we need done, but there would be others if mutually agreeable: 1. Front room: Remove shelves on a wall, that have been screwed into a stud wall, and patch the wall with VJ board or alternative. 2. New ‘Pantry’: We are making a ‘hallway’ into a pantry - put a door with frame and bit of clad wall at the top to block. 3. All around granny flat and main house: Hang screws for pictures. 4. All through house, inside and out: Crack filling and render patching. 5. Granny flat: Shave off a back door which no longer fits properly and install a new locking handle. Change a sink in the bathroom. 6. New spare room: Put up a TV bracket. 7. Bedroom: Put a new bolt on a door. 8. Granny flat: Put up venetian blinds. 9. White shed: Put on dunny door to replace existing one. 10. Aviary: Put in new sections of an existing aviary. If you think you can do some or all of these please get in touch. I really don't want to be negotiating every one of these jobs, I would like someone who can go through a list and pick up several of them, and just tell me the ones that he or she can't do if applicable. I need these done in the next 2 weeks if possible.

I need to sheet my new car port with colourbond surf mist that is on site and cut to suit. Needs to be screwed in 2mm steel powdercoated battens Install 2 gutters with down pipe at each end in monument. Cap off ends with flashing
