I am looking for a licensed and experienced HVAC/air conditioning technician to perform a comprehensive maintenance and deep clean for both our ducted and split system air conditioners. ### Scope of Work: 1. Ducted Air Conditioning System: - Deep clean of all ceiling/wall outlets/vents. - Replace main return air filter (or deep clean/wash depending on filter type). - Inspect ductwork for leaks, dust build-up, or airflow issues. - Clean/inspect fan unit and return grill. 2. We have a centralised AC unit both for cooling and heating and would like to perform a checkup and maintenance of the unit and service/replacements if required
