We’re looking for an experienced handyman, maintenance contractor, or small maintenance business to assist with a range of repair and make-good works at a residential property in Sturt SA following tenant vacate. The property has multiple items requiring repair across different areas (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, flooring, windows, painting and outdoor areas). Some of the works may be submitted as part of an insurance claim, so clear, itemised quotes and photos are required. We’re looking to move ahead with repairs soon and would ideally like to engage the contractor who provides the quotes. We do not expect one person to be licensed for every trade, but we are seeking someone who can assess all issues, quote on what they can complete, and coordinate or recommend sub-trades where required. Minor home maintenance tasks at a 3 bed 1 bath 2 garage home in aberfoyle park: Door handle in toilet needs tightening. Flyscreen in sunroom needs replacing. Gutters near front door and down the side are sagging, need a clean and rehang of some sections. Overflow of gutters happening near full rainwater tank, needs to be diverted when tank is full instead of backing up into the roof gutters. Assemble chin up bar in back yard. Tidy and put away old bbq in back yard. Get rid of old hot water tank in back yard. Remove two small feral gums. I'm happy to hire a rubbish skip if needed. If you get a good price on them, please let me know. Edit: there is only one feral gum, not two. To keep the job the same size I've added another task: sweep back patio and remove old doona from clothes line. Photos added.

Multiple jobs are required at the property (no images): The tap handle on vanity unit requires a special tool to tighten the securing nut and washer. Old bed frame now in garage can be taken away. Measure up new outside clothes line attached to wall and install it. Replace TV with new TV that is in the garage. The new 65 inch TV and bracket (in case the current bracket is incompatible) is in the garage. The old TV can please be disposed of at the Harvey Norman bin in Noarlunga or another similar bin. Add a wheel to the driveway gate to allow smooth operation. The driveway has shifted and is causing scraping currently. The bathroom (not toilet) storm shutter rolls up? It needs a screw or rivet I believe. The cooktop has one burner that is not lighting.

I have a pool fence where the gate is not closing correctly and also a panel has slighty slipped down. I would like someone to come out and fix this as well as provide a certificate of compliance. It is a glass fence.

Hi I’ve finished a new build and have a list of handyman items I need doing. Photos attached 1. 2 manhole 600x600 covers in plasterboard 2. Plaster patch and re paint an area in Walk in robe 3. Rangehood duct cover out of particle board to cover duct 4. Install 2 white 2pac 50mm fillers. Liquid nails them on 5. Paint touch ups 6. Someone has dropped some glue on laminate floor by the looks. I need it scrapped off. 7. Flyscreen from screen door has come off it should just pop back in 8. Re adjust striker plate and door seal as it’s rubbing by 2-3mm 9. 20 metres of exterior caulking Some of these items may be hard to work out time. If you’d like to inspect first and do a walkthrough I can. It’s probably a days work. Most materials I can supply eg caulking, particle board, plasterboard, paint etc. I don’t have the 2 pac fillers It may be best to quote. I’ve allowed 1 days work
