There are a few minor issues in the house that require repair: 1. **Kitchen downlight:** One of the downlights on the kitchen ceiling has come loose and dropped out. It needs to be replaced with a type of downlight that allows the bulb to be replaced easily in the future. 2. **Kitchen bench and cabinet:** A section of the laminate on the kitchen bench and part of the cabinet has come off. It needs to be glued back securely. 3. **Master ensuite window frame:** There is a damaged section on the window frame in the master ensuite. A cover piece is required to patch and conceal the damaged area (see the red-circled area in the photo). 4. **Shower head leaking:** The shower head continues to drip even after the tap has been turned off. It needs to be repaired so that it no longer leaks. 5. **Bathroom floor tiles:** In the other bathroom, two floor tiles have cracked, the surrounding grout has come off, and the tiles move slightly when stepped on. There is also minor sinking in that area. The damaged tiles need to be replaced with new ones, the substrate underneath needs to be levelled, and the grout repaired. Need to clean the place after repair

Remove existing chandelier golden/pink - see photos. Access via manhole if needed. Connect and hang new chandelier (black - see photos)on existing hook. New chandelier has only 2 wires to connect - see photos. I have proper ladder to access manhole.
