Potential also for sanding and repainting window frames and bifold door replacement as they have badly weathered (I already have the exact same 4 individual panel ones to put in the same place, they will need painting also).

Replace an existing remote ceiling fan with exactly the same model which I'm supplying doesn't require switches on the wall being it has a remote

Hi! Needing someone to please pick up three parcels each containing 18 x carpet floor tiles, along with access keys, from a residential Frankston address. Then install the carpet tiles at a different residential Frankston address (5km/9min drive), drop off keys plus any leftover tiles back to first property afterwards. Single area to cover of approx. 14.5 square metres, see attached floor plan. No current flooring to remove, concrete might need a quick scrape and please sweep clean prior to install. Very small bedsitter unit with living/bedroom section only to be covered, adjoins a tiled kitchen area. Straight edges, no intricate or considerably difficult areas. Cheap ‘peel & stick’ self-adhesive 60cm x 60cm 4mm thickness square carpet floor tiles. No additional adhesive should be required and it’s stated that the tiles can be cut to size with a utility knife. All one solid colour without patterns to match up, but must please check in case the three batches have any colour variation. If they do, just mix them up a bit when laying please. Experience with carpet tiles or similar installation tasks preferred please. BYO broom, dustpan, utility knife, etc. No power to site. May need trolley to transport carpet tiles from vehicle as might be too large/heavy to carry throughout the complex to the unit. I need someone to install a banner on the shopfront of our Subway store in Frankston. Details: - I have the banner ready to go — it has eyelets. - You'll need to supply appropriate fixings (hooks, screws, ties etc. depending on the method) I want to be able to interchange it - The installation point is quite high, so you'll need to bring your own ladder or scissor lift (I understand extra $ for this). - The shop is on a busy main street, so I recommend the job be done early morning or late evening when foot traffic is low. - Photos of the installation area are attached for reference.
