The lock of the sliding glass door is broken. We are currently unable to properly open or close the door. This is impacting the security and functionality of the premises. Immediate repair or replacement is required.

Looking for a reliable handyman to assist with the following tasks at my property: - Mount a TV on the bedroom wall - Repair one kitchen drawer (detached sides) - Reattach/fix one detached drawer on a chest of drawers - Install 2 shelves and 1 hanging rod inside a built-in storage cupboard (will provide material) -Install shelf support pins/brackets inside a separate freestanding wooden wardrobe (to allow shelf placement) - Realign a wooden fence gate/door (currently misaligned and hard to close) - Affix 3 artificial flower panels on wooden fence, which has come loose: - Reinstall bottom wooden strips of carport lattice (which have come loose or fallen out) Happy to show all jobs in person and prefer receiving a fixed quote for the full scope of work, rather than an hourly rate

Handy man work required at rental property which will be managed by the property manager. (Please note, I'll need to be very critical of the tasker before selecting as the previous tasker decideded to just stop replying and never carried out the task) - Top drawer in kitchen appears to have worn guide that stops it from latching in closed position. It slips forward once closed. Would need to adjust the top draw to ensure the draw closes correctly (replace runner if damaged. - Hole in awning above garage door where security camera would of been. Need to patch & paint the cement sheeted eve/soffit. - Crack around drainpipe cover needs patching. - Silicone the crack in the stormwater pipe. - Letterbox is locked, no key provided on the key-set to open it. Need to drill out the existing lock and replace unit with a new barrel lock and 2 keys. - Repair the broken inspection cover on the lawn by cutting off existing inspection point and replace with a new 100mm fitting - Remove tree stump in backyard. Some of these tasks are minor and would take only a few minutes. The patchwork and stump removal are the only tasks that would take a little longer. Unfortunately I have no pictures. The date it needs to be done is just a done by date. I would prefer in the next three weeks. Any later and I will probably need to cancel again and reassign.

Hello, we are needed someone to come and help us fix a couple things around the house. The first things are the lights, we need someone to come and see what kind of light bulbs we need and change them, photos attached.
