Pre-sale handyman / property tidy-up – Bray Park – ASAP Looking for an experienced, reasonably priced handyman to tidy up a house before sale. This is not a renovation — the aim is to improve presentation and address obvious cosmetic wear as cost-effectively as possible. Work includes: * Replace approx. 5–6 light globes with cool/neutral white globes for brighter, consistent lighting. * Clean gutters and pressure wash/clean external gutters and eaves. * Tidy timber fencing by reattaching loose palings/panels, securing loose sections and straightening where practical. No full replacement required. * Patch, sand and touch-up paint approx. 20–30 small holes, dents and cracks, including minor cornice cracking/separation. * Repaint garage ceiling approx. 6m x 6m for a clean, uniform finish. * Replace 2 flyscreen/flywire door locks/latches. * General minor cosmetic tidy-ups while onsite. * Replace one cracked light switch if appropriately licensed; otherwise I’ll arrange an electrician. To meet the selling agent at the property, who can walk through and point out the specific items needing attention. Looking for a practical, economical finish rather than perfection. Happy for existing paint to be colour matched and touched up where possible. Photos attached.

Handy man work required at rental property which will be managed by the property manager. (Please note, I'll need to be very critical of the tasker before selecting as the previous tasker decideded to just stop replying and never carried out the task) - Top drawer in kitchen appears to have worn guide that stops it from latching in closed position. It slips forward once closed. Would need to adjust the top draw to ensure the draw closes correctly (replace runner if damaged. - Hole in awning above garage door where security camera would of been. Need to patch & paint the cement sheeted eve/soffit. - Crack around drainpipe cover needs patching. - Silicone the crack in the stormwater pipe. - Letterbox is locked, no key provided on the key-set to open it. Need to drill out the existing lock and replace unit with a new barrel lock and 2 keys. - Repair the broken inspection cover on the lawn by cutting off existing inspection point and replace with a new 100mm fitting - Remove tree stump in backyard. Some of these tasks are minor and would take only a few minutes. The patchwork and stump removal are the only tasks that would take a little longer. Unfortunately I have no pictures. The date it needs to be done is just a done by date. I would prefer in the next three weeks. Any later and I will probably need to cancel again and reassign.

I never levelled it when I assembled it a few years ago. Now it is bending a little. Not sure what needs to be done or how to do it. Chocking and tightening, or something else. I don’t know really what to ask for in price as I don’t really know what’s involved. Happy to discuss price more.
