I have 1 Electric shutter that no longer goes up and down and a Manual shutter that will not go up or down

I need roller shutters installed for my shopfront

We have one shutter that doesn’t go up or down from the remote, it’s currently misaligned from attempts at fixing the issue. Has been like this for over a week or two, have tried replacing batteries and there’s no success. Need someone to come inspect, diagnose the issue and repair.
