Ceiling gyprock needs to be replaced. Total celieng area is 36m2 but have to replace only 6m×2.3=13.8m2 + 10% wastage=15.18m2. Another corner it seems little bit sagging just need few screws/nails. Please put forward you best offer, job needs to be done asap. Thank you

I need to install a very lightweight, no-drill blind in a stairwell. The window is about 4.5 meters high. The blind just clips into the window frame and tightens—no drilling or measuring required. The tricky part is the stairwell is quite narrow (it's a corner staircase), so access is limited. I wanted to check: Do you have the right equipment to safely reach that height in a tight space (e.g., an extension ladder or narrow scaffold)? Do you hold a current working at heights certificate (e.g., RIIWHS204E)? Would you be comfortable doing this job, and what would your price be? The blind is ready to go—just needs to be taken up and clipped in. Safety is a must! I will be at home to assist you if needed!

Tasks include: Install 4 locks (all locks supplied) Tidy up and improve the finish of existing kitchen cabinet shelving (minor repairs/adjustments as needed) Sand, prep and paint shelving/cabinet areas for a cleaner finish (paint supplied) Assess, prepare and repaint the roller door, which appears to have peeling/flaking paint and may require stripping back before repainting All materials are on site, including locks, timber, paint and pressure washer. Looking for someone with the right tools and experience to achieve a neat, professional result. It might be best to quote for six hours and then we go from there.

I need someone to be at Smeaton Grange tomorrow as soon as some signs are finished being produced. The signs need to be collected from Easy Signs (I will give invoice # for collection). Then the signs taken to a CBD office location on Bridge street, and if needed help assembling and setting up 4 850mm wide x 2000 mm high aluminium frame and stretch fabric signage. Assist in set-up and leave. I can arrange parking near the location. Signs are aluminium frame, push button locking style, where you match up the numbers to where each post goes. Fabric is then put over the frame and zipped on to create the sign.
