I need an experienced carpenter/door installer to replace an existing external timber glazed entry door at a property in Oakleigh South. The current door has damaged/broken glass panels and will be replaced with a new external timber/glazed door. I will supply the replacement door and paint. Scope of work: - Remove the existing external door - Hang and align the new external door in the existing timber frame - Check/adjust hinges, clearances and latch alignment - Refit the existing deadbolt and entrance handle/lock on the new door - Reinstall the existing surface-mounted hydraulic door closer at the top of the door - Apply one coat of paint to the new door using paint supplied by me - Remove/dispose of the old door The existing door is pictured. It is a timber external door with a deadbolt, separate handle/lock and hydraulic closer. We are on a budget for this job. Can be done any time this week. The tollet door needs replacing I bought a door from Bunnings and I need someone to install it. I plan to reuse the handle hinges etc as they are in good condition. I noticed the door is about 0.5 cm too tall and will need to be adjusted to fit. You will need to install the door including fitting the handle, hinges and other accessories. I’ll pay for hardware and there’s a Bunnings next to me if any piece is missing. I WFH several times a week so flexible with date and time

Hi guys, I need your help (either handyman or tiler) to fix a small tile section and patch 3 holes on wall (2 big one are 10cm wide) and 2 small holes (due to old screws, just remove it). House is in Clarinda, which 3’ drive from my house in Oakleigh South. The bottom section/row of tiles (left, right and centre) on the door steps are falling off and unstable as previous tiler didn’t do it properly. Need to glue it back again properly and regrout that small section and fix tiny crack. The old tiles behind new tiles are the old glossy tiles (please see the photo attached of old glossy tiles). Rhyno 1100R garage door wont go up. When I go through manual and reprogramme it works for a few times and then stops again. Flashing A letter on display for many months prior indicating it needs servicing. Might be a safety feature where the door wont work unless i get it serviced. I require someone who knows about this modrl to reset the door , its a 5 minute job. The manual doesnt provide instructions to reset the door, under trouble shooting it says , servicing required.
