Replace bathroom door hardware and repaint door. I have already purchased a new privacy door handle and new hinges. I’m looking for someone to remove the existing handle/hinges, install the new hardware, make any minor adjustments needed so the door closes and latches smoothly, and repaint the door. We had to remove the doorframe as the old hinges didn't work, we filled the spot where the old hinges he's had been as they had expanded overtime. We have now patched and coveted the old holes on the door and in the door frame. We now need someone to come and install the new hinges on the door, and into the door frame so the door is functional. Wooden door. Must be done on Tuesday 6th April.

This lock from the inside has a button that opens the door. However the thing that presses and makes it work keeps spinning and is making it not be able to open. Need it fixed or replaced

The basement door is old & solid so just need the old stop and jam (hinge post?) replaced with a solid beam and installed as its got signs of rot and the doors out of plumb. Also need a new cylinder for the existing lock and 2 keys to suit. Hit me with a quote. More photos coming Monday.
