This role is focused solely on the installation of aluminium window and door systems for residential construction projects. Key Responsibilities - Install aluminium windows, sliding doors, hinged doors, stacker doors and architectural glazing systems. - Read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings and installation details. - Ensure all installations are completed accurately and in accordance with manufacturer specifications. - Conduct site measurements and make adjustments where required. - Work closely with builders, site supervisors and other trades on site. - Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment. - Identify and report installation issues, defects or site constraints. - Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to a high standard of workmanship. Skills & Experience - Previous experience installing aluminium windows and doors in residential construction. - Strong understanding of installation methods, waterproofing and site requirements. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. - High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. - Strong problem solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - White Card (required). - Current driver's licence and reliable transport (required). - Own tools preferred. We have Ikea metod cabinet and we need x3 kalbaden doors hung. Have all materials- we just need them to line up and close.

Seeking help to fix our bi-fold door fitting. The top fitting has come loose and when the door opens it pulls the fitting down and blocks the door from opening. I have tried screwing the screws but it seems the wood above the screw is ruining/loose and wont take the screw. See photos for more detail.
