Install new towel rail, toilet roll holder and soap dish in bathroom - parts supplied; 3. Attend Bunnings to collect 2400mm x 1200mm tile board (will identify preferred option) to install in bathroom over existing tiles (will need a van or Ute to transport). 4. Assist with sealing kitchen bench top where it is exposed to moisture. 5. Demolish/remove small (600mm x 600mm) internal kitchen cupboard. 6. Install microwave shelf in kitchen.

3 internal doors+1 Front door+1 Backdoor: Remove old doors and install new replacement doors + handles. Standard door sizes (820x2040x35mm),but as it’s an old house, the doors will probably need to be trimmed and cut in order to fit. Doors and handles will be provided. The house is one level with easy access.

Bi folding solid timber door needs to be installed via hinges as the railing has eroded. Door in good condition want to keep the existing door put up on hinges on both sides and a handle to close door opening. Materials will be provided :- 6 door hinges and a door handle.

Bought new door handle from bunnings but didn't realise how old the door is. Will need a power drill and filling agent for the space in the door. Chipping away at the door to make latch fit. Also will need very strong super glue for the lever. Also note I have both handles but the photo just shows the outside handle.
