We're looking for a licensed local builder person who can replace some French doors with a single door in a bedroom leading to an external balcony. This involves bricking in part of the door cavity, rendering on both sides, replacing or extending the skirting board, framing and fitting a new door. All materials will need to be supplied and the replacement door to be sourced and supplied with key lock supplied and fitted to lockup standard. No painting required as room is to be be recarpeted and painted.

Replace door handle with a lockable handle

My bathroom door handles are coming off, I’ve had them fixed a few times but they keep falling off so I need someone to replace the existing door handles with a new set that is identical to the ones currently there (I have already purchased the new privacy door handle set) I also need someone to unscrew the door handles on this cabinet and screw a new one in, they have been painted over and the screws are stuck, we have tried to remove them so many times that the x on the screw head has now worn off (need to screw the black one on to match)
