I need to install a Eufy door lock to the main door. It's a wooden door. The Door lock model is Eufy E330. As per the below picture, it's going to be installed as a new lock and won't be replacing the existing lock.

Somewhat Urgent: After some wind damage last night, our outdoor ceiling fan in our alfresco area has dislodged from its batten fitting bracket. Unsure if there are any screws missing but it is hanging very loose and its casing has fallen along with it. Can confirm that the fan is still in working order but seeking an electrician to ensure it is properly and safely fit back into place. Our usual electrician is out of town and isn’t available, but has made an assessment at face value (see pictures). Items normally in alfresco area have been removed for safety and for easier access to alfresco area.
