This curtain rail needs to be fixed and the other two checked to make sure the same doesn't happen to them. Plus I need the toilet seat better secured as it has come loose. And I have a door stopper to be installed. I may think of other minor tasks in the meantime. The curtail rod situation will require a decent sized ladder. The location is in the centre of the CBD but jobs are quick and easy. Stairs leading to the apartment on 2nd floor. You can start as early as you like tomorrow or at a mutually convenient time. I need 4 curtain rods installed on standard windows, pictures below illustrate the windows (and apartment floor plan) — 4 sets of windows, 3 bedrooms, one sitting room, all windows the same size.
