I have a white dressing table/vanity with a large LED mirror. The mirror/backboard came off during transportation on a Ute while moving house. The mirror and frame are intact, but some of the original screw/mounting points have been pulled out of the MDF/particleboard. I need an experienced handyman/cabinet maker to: * Reattach the mirror securely to the vanity * Reinforce the damaged mounting points * Install suitable brackets/fixings rather than simply reusing the damaged holes * Make sure the mirror is stable and safely supported * Check/secure the LED wiring I have attached photos showing the detached mirror and the damaged mounting points. Please bring suitable brackets, screws and tools for MDF/particleboard furniture. The mirror is large and relatively heavy, so I want a strong and safe repair.

Budget: AUD $420 (materials purchased on my behalf will be reimbursed upon presentation of receipts) Scope of work: 1. Internal garage door replacement Install a new internal door (already supplied). New door measures 840 × 2040 mm. Existing opening requires trimming to approximately 810 × 2010 mm. Transfer the existing door handle and lock to the new door. Existing door frame is in good condition. 2. Decorative courtyard frame repair Reattach a decorative metal frame that was blown off during a storm. It appears welding may be required. 3. Bathroom grab rail replacement Purchase a suitable replacement grab rail (receipt required for reimbursement). Remove the existing grab rail and install the new one securely. 4. Laundry hanging rack repair Repair an outdoor folding clothesline that is permanently stuck in the folded position. I suspect a bracket or mechanism failure. 5. Flyscreen replacement Purchase pet-proof flyscreen mesh from Bunnings (window measurements will be provided). Bring the receipt for reimbursement. Replace the damaged flyscreen mesh on a couple of windows. Requirements: Experience with general property maintenance. Ability to complete all listed tasks to a good standard. We are needing a skilled handyman for the below tasks around our place preferably by Thursday: 1. Fix door handle on sliding door (Jason lever lock type) 2. Tighten towel rail and toilet roll holder in bathroom 3. Attach handrail next to toilet roll for elder use 4. Fix/replace ripped security door screen netting (pet bunny chewed through in a small corner can share pic later) 5. Replace showerhead (supplied by me) They are all pretty easy tasks and happy to reimburse any parts or additional time needed. Prefer to be done by Thursday afternoon.
