I need help installing a wall mounted clothesline outdoors on bricks. It requires drilling into the bricks, required screws are provided.

The job is to raise the height of an existing clothesline from 1600mm to 2000mm. The clothesline is very solidly cemented into the ground, so would need be raised by adding height to the existing posts. The dimensions of the clothesline are Height 1600 x Depth 1400 x Length 2200 (see pics) and the diameter of the posts is 40mm per the red cap)

metal-grind/cut and remove old swing-out clothes line- this is stand-alone with 2 legs into the ground. Attach new pull-out/extendable clothes line to yellow-brick wall (person height), cement-timber/fence post at extension end (dig into garden bed and cement set the post at the right height)-post needs to be provided-attach extension hook to post.
