Hi, i have 5 new ceiling fans that need to be replaced. I have the fans & there are current fans in place so no new wiring required & just removal of old fans & install of new fans. I’m flexible with timeline.

Install 6 new DC fans in second floor apartment, with gyprock ceilings. 2 will replace existing old fans and 4 will replace light fittings. Assume there are timber supports available at the current light fitting spots. There is access to the ceiling if needed, but I am flexible with the fan locations, so hopefully we can work it out. I can assist with anything, I will pre assemble the fans and have everything staged for installation. I have the fans ready to go. I am hoping that it will only take you about 2 hours. I have previously listed this, but I wasn't ready for offers :) I'm ready now :) Wednesday afternoon is preferred. Friday all day also works.

We have 5 ceiling fans in our town house that sound like they have loose screws or parts that are noisey. Id like the noise stopped and the fans cleaned and serviced.

Remove and replace current ceiling fan with fan with a light or if possible place light on current fan. Then need light fixture on wall removed.

Complete replacement of the fan and the wall switch. We have an issue with our current fan where the lowest setting doesn't work, I have changed the capacitors in both the fan and wall switch and it's still only going at 50%.
