For electrician - remove old fan bracket on ceiling and install new one/wire new fan to ceiling. Have already removed old fan (I.e. ceiling is already wired) - new fan is ready to hang once bracket mounted and wiring connected to bracket.

- 2 story house and ceiling fan needs to be installed in ground floor study room. New Fan is ready for installation - existing outdoor sensor light to be replaced at garage . Sensor light set is already purchased and is available for installation

Ceiling fan runs extremely slow on all speeds

We have 5 ceiling fans in our town house that sound like they have loose screws or parts that are noisey. Id like the noise stopped and the fans cleaned and serviced.

Complete replacement of the fan and the wall switch. We have an issue with our current fan where the lowest setting doesn't work, I have changed the capacitors in both the fan and wall switch and it's still only going at 50%. I have a full replacement from beacon and would like installed in the afternoon, 3.30 onwards.
