Replace 3 existing ceiling fans as they are running slow. I have the fans already as show in the picture. I have a 4th to replace in another property at Mermaid Waters but this is separate and we can discuss a price when you are here.

I've got a Clipsal ACES48 ceiling fan with A Ventair VCLS/VCLW lighting kit that I have manage to unscrew unintentionally while trying to remove the lighting housing to inspect/replace the bulb. I need someone to correct this (and show me how to change the bulb in it..) I also have an older (separate to the above) style ceiling light that I would like replaced with an LED fitting (I have the replacement light as it was removed from another fixture in my apartment when installing another, different ceiling fan)

I had three ceiling fans / lights I need put up in bedrooms. Qualified electricians only please. (Budge is just there to get me through the next screen - feel free to quote properly!) Two replace existing ceiling fans - one replaces a light (which used to be a ceiling fan). The fans have remotes so I presume we just need normal light switches now?
