Sand, fill, and paint to achieve a smooth, even finish. Door sanding — Sand down entry door that is sticking/swelling during heat. Also check and touch up undersides of bathroom doors where previous sanding has left scratches. Tile cleaning/repair — Address scratches, marks, and surface damage on floor tiles in multiple areas. Clean, polish, or repair as needed. Skirting board installation — Supply and install skirting board in 1 area to complete finish.
