I have roller blinds in two bedrooms that will roll down, but not roll up again

Power drill to remove wooden blind connector brackets (per picture taken). Help to lift blinds from apartment to curb on street (elevator not stairs) for hard rubbish collection date on Thursday. Can do so from 6pm Wed. Should only take 30 mins max. Some of screws in connector brackets may have lost thread and need drill bit to punch through. Wooden blinds are quite heavy. 2 people (I can help) to lift 1 to 2 blinds per trip to curb.

My roll down blind is stuck about half-way and can’t be rolled down.

Task Description We require an experienced blinds installer/handyman to remove the existing old venetian blinds in the kitchen and replace them with new white/off-white sheer roller blinds, similar to the style shown in the reference image attached. The intention is to modernise the kitchen window furnishings and achieve a clean, bright finish while still allowing natural light through. There are two adjoining kitchen window sections requiring new blinds. Scope of works: * Remove the existing venetian blinds, tracks, brackets and associated fittings. * Dispose of the old blinds and unwanted hardware. * Supply new white or off-white sheer blinds similar to the reference photo. * install two separate blinds, one servicing each main window section. * Supply all brackets, fittings and accessories required. * Install blinds securely and ensure they operate smoothly. * Make good any minor holes left from the previous blind installation where reasonably required. * Leave the area clean and tidy after completion. Approximate measurements Measurements have been taken to the best of my ability from the existing kitchen windows and should be treated as approximate only.

Cord on roller blinds snapped today, just need cord replaced

I need help installing an Aqara Roller Shade Driver E1 on an existing roller blind. The Aqara unit itself is straightforward, but the existing blind chain setup makes me reluctant to do it myself. The chain guide/tensioner has recently been repaired and appears to have been attached to the wall using putty/adhesive rather than screws (see photo). Because I'm renting, I don't want to pull on it, damage the wall, or accidentally pull the blind fitting off while trying to access/reposition the chain. I already have: Aqara Roller Shade Driver E1 Original Aqara mounting bracket 3M adhesive mounting strip Chain adapters/accessories supplied with the unit I'm looking for someone with experience with roller blinds, blind chains or smart blind motors who can: Work out the safest way to install the Aqara driver with the existing chain setup Avoid damaging or pulling out the existing chain guide/tensioner Install the driver securely, preferably without drilling Set the correct chain tension and position Make sure the blind runs smoothly up and down once installed As this is a rental, the priority is a clean, reversible installation with minimal disturbance to the existing blind hardware. I've attached photos of the current chain fitting and the Aqara unit/bracket so you can see what you're working with.

Broken blind mechanism needs fixing

My roller blind needs repairing - the roller mechanism appears to be faulty and the chain is unable to wind the blind back up. The chain is intact but has come loose. Please repair the roller blind if possible and replace any parts required.
