Shed is 3 x 3 with pitched roof. An Easy Shed, it is partially put together, the base for the shed is levelled and boxed up. The base is crusher dust and pavers.

Install EasyShed 3m x 3m Gable Roof Shed (2.4m height) onto existing 3m x 3m concrete slab. Haven't ordered shed yet so it might be a week or two before it is delivered.

Take out the garage door and replace with the door on the photos. The timber door had already be removed and ready to install

I need a qualified and experienced handyman to inspect and repair water damage around an internal window. The window area has experienced water ingress, and some of the plasterboard around the window has been damaged. Job includes: * Inspect the window and surrounding area to identify the source of the water ingress. * Check the external window seals, frame and surrounding area for possible leaks. * Repair/reseal the source of the water ingress. * Remove any damaged plasterboard as required. Photos are attached for reference.

Have a ceiling fan that rattles very loudly and would like to get this fixed. Thanks!

The base of my window frame has some dry rot in it. I think that I have removed the rot back to reasonable timber. I want the holes repaired and ready for me to prime and paint. I believe the cause of the rot has been fixed There are 2 holes, one about 7cm square and the other at the longest part is about 20cm and the widest part around 6cm

I need someone to install two ceiling fans for me. There is already a light in the middle of room.

House is vacant. Need to install 6-8 basic roller blinds and may be 2-4 curtains on the windows or doors. Can be done today or tomorrow or even early Sunday morning before inspection. I already have roller blinds, I will buy basic curtains from spotlight to install. Please see photos for estimate.

Hello. I am in need of a handy man who can do a bunch of odd jobs for us. -Remove garden bed next to house. (Photos added) -Replace broken sunroof on balcony (photo added) (damaged from hail storm) -remove wood /branches from side of shed (photos included) - install toilet roll holder in bathroom. And potentially a tip run. Happy to discuss prices etc for the jobs listed.

Various jobs: 1. Replace washer and O-ring ( and any other required parts ) on hot water tap in shower . see photo and video 2. Replace damaged appliance power point outlet with new power point outlet: see photo. 3. Reset loose hanging light fixture in bedroom closet: see photo 4. Refix length of sagging guttering with new brackets and any other required parts/materials: see photo 5. Replace washer and any other necessary parts on kitchen tap which leaks from the bottom New Washers, O-ring, power point outlet and gutter brackets and any other required parts and materials to be obtained by handyman. Cost of parts and materials to be paid by client ( invoices required)

Approx 1-2hrs to drill some holes the through mental siding and timber stud, cut and screw plastic cover plate over a hole in cupbrd. Cut metal cap to fit metal post.

Install a roller blind in a bedroom

First: Require patch, plaster and paint to ceiling. Was damaged due to water from air con which is now repaired. Second requirement (last pic) is a crack to be patched, sanded and painted.
