The roller shutter is second-hand, so I am after someone confident working with pre-owned accessories and able to ensure everything is installed correctly and functioning as intended. TV wall mount and bracket need to be removed and the wall professionally patched and finished (screw/anchor holes). There is also one small dent/divot near the back door that requires repair. Garden shed was built by a tradie who have now moved town. It’s built okay but everytime it rains. Water somehow find its way in. Not sure from where. It’s built on a concrete slab. Water can go in but couldn’t get out.
