I have a Samsung front loading washing machine (Model No:ww75j4213iw). The door seal is ripped and requires replacement. I have removed the old seal and obtained a new door seal. I require a technician to install the new door seal and test to ensure the new seal does not leak. I have obtained the new rubber door seal and it is available. However, if you have the part that you would prefer to use, its not an issue.

I am looking for a qualified handyman or gyprocker to repair and repaint a cracked/split section of ceiling gyprock in a living room. The split appears to be along the joint between two gyprock sheets, approx. 2.8m length. The work appears to include removal of damaged section, supply & install new gyprock, jointing, setting, sanding (where required), and ceiling paint over repair. I am looking for someone with experience and insurance, and for the quote to include labour and materials (gyprock, fixings, joint compound, paint, etc.) I’ve attached photos for reference.
