There are 10 areas in total: * 6 small circular holes from removed ceiling fittings * 2 larger holes left by removed exhaust fans * 2 existing ceiling vents to be removed and the openings patched over Photos attached showing the areas requiring repair. The hand chain on my manual roller door has jumped off or become jammed around the hoist wheel, and the door is stuck about an inch off the ground and won’t move in either direction. I can’t safely reach or work on the mechanism myself because I’m currently dealing with a bad ankle. Should only be a 10 - 15 minute job.

The cords that make the blind tilt are frayed and need to be repaired. Photos indicate where the cord needs to be repaired near the top of the blind. The blind is 4m high x 3m wide.

During heavy rain, water is getting in around the door, so I’d like the weather seals checked and replaced if necessary.
