We have an office in Bayswater. We have recently built an office. We need to install a split system over the sliding glass door facing into the office. We will supply a 7 KW Mitsubishi split system The ducting from the split system will need to go through the wall, up the concrete wall and penetrate the roof. The power will need to go from the switchboard straight up to the roof and penetrate the roof. (We have electricians who can do the electrical component). The outdoor unit will need to be mounted on the roof in a location not visible from the front of the property. We will supply an 8m scissor lift, the split system, the roof mount, the materials. We just need labour for the install. We will have tradies available on site if you need a second hand for particular tasks. See images and we need this done by COB Tuesday. See one image from the front of the warehouse. This is where the scissor will be to take up the unit. See the image of the room with the sliding glass door, this is where the split will be. See the image of the non finished office, this is finished now. The split system capping will penetrate the wall above the sliding door on the left. Then it will run horizontally over to the concrete wall. Then it will go up the concrete wall to the roof.

We had some paving done on our verge this year but it’s already moved as you can see. They did cement the edges but not well enough, will need extra reinforcement. Partner drives a tank, which hasn’t helped. We have some spare pavers and will buy whatever else you need.
