Cut a small board, fix up, to fill up the hole on top of window frame x2 probably 900mm x 5-10cm per gap - no idea why it’s this way when we moved in. Clear that leaves around too. Will release payment only upon completion. One day job ideally.

I might just do it myself and not be lazy. $100 plus is robbery for 20 holes. No skill that is required if your a real man. I've already attached it to a stud.
