The fixture is currently installed in the second-storey ceiling, and it won’t be accessible from the house stairs—you’ll need a large ladder or scaffolding to reach it from the ground floor. The job will involve moving the internal wiring and creating a new opening in a more central location, away from the stairs. I’ll also need the old opening to be closed, patched, and sanded.
