I’m a big person and can’t easily access the luggage area in my plane (the space is quite large but there is a roll over protection frame behind the seats that you have to fit through). There are two bolts with washers and spacers (where the gas lift struts for the canopy attach) that need to be re-installed - it would be trivial for a small/slight person to get the required access. The work will be checked by an engineer.

I need to install 4 doors with the door knobs as well. The existing frame already has the hinges, I will supply the knobs. I have 4 doors here (Hume from Bunnings) which are trimmed to size and painted already. I'll also supply the door knobs. You'll need to supply the screws to fix the door to the hinges and cut the hole for the knobs and notch out the door for the hinge.

Needing to replace 4x single flyscreens. The photo demonstrates a double door - the flyscreen is attached to one sliding door. I have purchased the materials as shown in the photos. Require a handyman to detach the sliding doors x4 and replace the flyscreen.

Fix the patches on the wall

My wardrobe hanging rail has fallen down after being overloaded with clothes. The rail itself appears to be intact, however the mounting brackets have pulled out of the top shelf/ceiling panel and the screw holes are damaged (see photos). Inspection to supply and install cornice for entire two bedroom apartment (excluding bathroom). The ceiling is vermiculite and the walls are brick. There's cornice along one wall in the dining room and the entire master bedroom which needs removal as well. I've measured up the walls and it's a total length of 85m. I want the standard 90mm cornice.

I have 3 windows which need flyscreen frame to be fabricated and installed. I don't require the frame to be colour matched. I have one sliding balcony door which just needs the net to the re-installed as the current one is ripping.
