Hi, I need someone to fix my garage door, to rebuild part of the broken frame. It's an older style manual door, it worked well until I damaged it and now it's wedged into the concrete, I can't move it or lift the door at all, the frame has broken on one side. Open to negotiate price for time/labour.

couple roller shutters is not functioning up and down. potentially might be spring breaking, need 3-5 of them fixed.

Blind has fallen off the roller. Wanting to get this reinstalled properly.

I need the cornice and some of the plaster on the ceiling of a back storage room replaced, and some paint/plaster on the wall stripped back and possibly replaced. My roof was leaking resulting in a slow leak into the ceiling of a back storage room. The roof has now been replaced and the area is totally dry, but as I went to clean the mould off the ceiling where the leak was I’ve realised the plaster and cornice has become unsound. Some paint has also bubbled away from the wall where the leak dripped down and I also need this stripped back, however the wall there seems to be sound. I’m wanting this repaired to the point of being ready to paint (no painting required). The room is 1800mm wide, and the unsound plaster in the ceiling runs somewhere between 300 and 600mm out from the wall at the worst point. Please see photos for more detail - I’ve scraped some of the old plaster away to show the condition underneath. Flexible on date and $. This is just a storage room so I’m looking for it to be functional rather than perfect. Thanks

Looking for a plumber to inspect and repair a blocked kitchen sink. Issue: Kitchen sink was draining slowly and became blocked. I removed and cleaned the trap and used drain cleaner. The sink initially drained but is now backing up again. There is also a leak coming from the sink waste assembly, between the stainless steel sink and the grey plastic waste fitting underneath the sink when the water builds up. Looking for someone to: Diagnose and clear the blockage. Ensure the sink is draining properly with no leaks.

Firstly, the existing door needs to be removed and replaced. After installation, the door should be painted to match the original colour, and the frame painted in black (paint supplied). I don’t have the varnish for the door, so this will need to be provided. Hinges and door handles will be supplied by me.

We have 10 beams about half a meter by 10 meters which we would like to cover with cement sheet to create a false ceiling for my electrician to install downlights. Once the cement sheets are installed we would like to cover the front of the beams with external cladding about 10 centimetre by 10 meters. We will provide the cement sheet and cladding. The tasker will need to bring in their own tools, glues and screws.
