Garage door chain is not moving

Build base for ikea cabinets, assemble and install ikea cabinets. Add small bulkhead and cornice around cabinets once installed.

Curtain rod brackets removed from three rooms and the walls plastered and repaired afterwards.

2 power plates need electrical repairs. One shorted with coin, or similar, which rattled and then ceased operating.

There are 3 holes that need fixing, 2 abit bigger than a A4 piece of paper and one quite large one, they have been patched previously but not well and need to be redone before the end of lease.

The mechanism they’re open shut our plantation blinds have broken off We would like them fixed.

French doors need fixing to get them working right again. Door frame needs fixing and doors adjusted so they don’t stick. Possibly finding damage from my twit dogs.

Our oven door seems to be lower than it usually was once open and now doesn’t seal correctly when it’s on. Not sure if it requires a new seal or just the door needs to be adjusted.
