When observing the control board, the "REV" LED indicator stays solidly ON (constant illumination) while the motor is running, instead of flashing.

My driveway entry gate is not functioning properly and needs attention/service. It’s an automatic sliding gate powered by a Tau K100M motor. See photos. The gate will not open without manual effort as the cog on the motor will not grip on the gate frame (to pull and slide it open). It closes no problem. I have a video that shows this clearly.
