I have an electric sliding gate motor that is playing up on cooler mornings and or rain days I’m told the existing motor is too old and needs replacing so requiring a site inspection to determine options to resolve by either repair or replacement

Looking for a licensed electrician to connect power to a new sliding gate motor at a residential property in Riverhills. Scope of Works • Electrical installation, cable run and final connection only. Exclusions: • Sliding gate motor has already been purchased. (Brand: LEXOautomation). All gate automation equipment has already been supplied.No equipment procurement required. Cable Route: The switchboard is located on the left-hand side of the house and the driveway. The gate motor is located at the front fence near the driveway entrance, adjacent to the letterbox. Right-handed side of the driveway. Approximate route: • 2m from switchboard area • 6m along side access • 7m to gate motor location Approximate cable route is 15 - 16m. Maybe allow approximately 20m total cable length including wall rise, terminations and installation allowance. The cable will need to cross sections of existing concrete driveway. The concrete side path is about 1 meter wide. We plan to wire the cable underneath across the side path. The wall rise from ground level to the switchboard is approximately 1.6m. A site sketch showing the proposed route is available and can be provided together with photos. Please kindly provide separate pricing for: Option 1 – Homeowner excavates trench under electrician's direction; electrician supplies and installs electrical works only. Option 2 – Electrician supplies all labour including trenching and electrical works. Drive fault error- centurion motor for sliding gate

I have a small fence sliding gate that moves from one side to the other. It operates with a wheel that has teeth and when it gets halfway it is missing the teeth and stops. I have cleared the debris on the track and it still seems to be out of alignment with the wheel that pushes it. I need someone that knows how to fix this issue please.

Looking for a handyman, concreter, or landscaper to complete a small concrete beautifying job around three steel posts supporting an outdoor sliding gate. Scope of work: Prepare and tidy the area around each post. Form and pour small rectangular concrete patches around 3 gate posts. Finish the concrete neatly and level with the surrounding surface. Clean up the work area on completion. This is a relatively small job, to reiterate no structural work, just to finish the area around posts. My driveway entry gate is not functioning properly and needs attention/service. It’s an automatic sliding gate powered by a Tau K100M motor. See photos. The gate will not open without manual effort as the cog on the motor will not grip on the gate frame (to pull and slide it open). It closes no problem. I have a video that shows this clearly. I’ve examined the parts and there doesn’t appear to be any wear and tear causing this. I suspect it just needs realignment now and then.

I need someone to fix my front gate. The lock area is not align and doesn’t line up properly anymore, so the gate won’t close or lock properly and there a little gap.

Remove the sliding aluminium gate and fence including posts. Total width is 14m I will keep the gate and fence panels for future installation. Electrician will disconnect power from the sliding gate separately.
