I am looking to get automated sliding gate installed at my front fence to the Carport

My sliding driveway gate has come off its track and needs to be repositioned and secured. Looking for someone experienced with sliding gates to inspect the rollers, track and alignment, fix the cause, and ensure the gate opens and closes smoothly. We are installing a new sliding gate with a front fence build. Conduits & cable will be run to transformer. Rack will be fitted and track will be installed.

This old sliding gate (bi-parting) is currently locked with an external padlock I would like a solution that makes it possible to be opened from inside as well. If we could use a code to open from outside, it would be ideal.

Brick wall and sliding gate on the side of the house. All about 4 m long area. I think the gate would be about 1.5 m long.
