Looking for an experienced handyperson or fencer to repair an outdoor side gate that is sagging and no longer closing properly.

I need someone to come to my property and repair a metal gate. The damaged part is the top hinge on one side of the gate. Each gate panel has two hinges, one at the top and one at the bottom. The top hinge appears to be broken or detached and needs to be welded/repaired. The bottom hinge may still be holding, but it may also need to be checked and reinforced if necessary. Job includes: * Inspect the damaged hinge and gate frame * Weld/repair the top hinge on site * Check the bottom hinge and reinforce it if required * Make sure the gate can open and close properly * Bring your own welding tools and basic materials Please quote your call-out fee and labour/material cost. Flexible with time, but sooner is preferred.

I have bought all the materials from Bunnings but need someone to anchor the posts into the concrete steps and drill the holes to hang the gate properly

My front metal gate is not closing or locking properly after I installed a new lock. The latch is misaligned and the gate doesn’t shut securely. I’m concerned it may open on its own, so this needs to be properly adjusted and secured. This is a safety issue as I have dogs and need the gate fully secure. I need to put in a couple of gates into the front and side of the property. Currently there is a half height gate ( 1m wide gap including posts and gate);at the enterance, I would like to make if full height. To the side.of the property there is a approx 1.8m wide space which requires a full height gate and panel.
