We have purchased an approx 20.3m fence (Aluminium) and 5m sliding gate. Have previously arranged someone to get the post installed. Now it would be the slats and driveway sliding gate.

When the gate opens, it makes a loud grinding noise from the bottom (sounds like the gear rack is slipping/not catching properly), but it closes fine. Would love to get a quote for a repair.

Looking for a licensed electrician to connect power to a new sliding gate motor at a residential property in Riverhills. Scope of Works • Electrical installation, cable run and final connection only. Maybe allow approximately 20m total cable length including wall rise, terminations and installation allowance. The cable will need to cross sections of existing concrete driveway. The concrete side path is about 1 meter wide. We plan to wire the cable underneath across the side path. The wall rise from ground level to the switchboard is approximately 1.6m. A site sketch showing the proposed route is available and can be provided together with photos. Looking for an experienced fence installer with own tools and equipment. Quote must include labour and concrete. Please refer to the attached order summary and drawings for details. Remove the sliding aluminium gate and fence including posts. Total width is 14m I will keep the gate and fence panels for future installation. Electrician will disconnect power from the sliding gate separately.

Relocate the post box outside the moving zone of the sliding gate. Gate will be installed in the coming weeks.

We have a Centsys Centurion D5 Evo 240V Automatic Slide Gate Motor powered by a outdoor electrical socket, with a backup solar panel. Recently, plugging in the motor has been tripping the power supply. We need a professional to inspect and resolve this short-circuit issue. Additionally, we find the solar panel unnecessary and suspect it may be contributing to the problem. We would like it disconnected and removed. Drive way has 5.6m opening, needs a 5.9m moterised pvc slidding gate. For slidding gate, needs a 6m concrete slab for installing track, needs a small slab for motor, needs a post to connect with power, power is in correct place. Right hand side is 3m long brick wall(existing,no need to do anything) 5.2m needs 1.8m high full privacy PVC fence, 1m gate in the middle.

Hi, We have a rolling metal gate at front of house. There are a few issues that we would like fixed: 1. The remote has stopped working - battery may have no charge, and may need a replacement. Not sure 2. When the remote stopped working, I started to push and pull the gate manually to operate it. That broke one of the wheels - that is, it came off the main gate. The wheel itself is good, just needs to be fixed back in the gate 3. The gate has metal vertical rods, and has a thin metal sheet riveted into the rods.
