I have an existing 1.2m-high blade fence and want to add one more 2.2m-wide fence panel. The remaining space of approximately 5.3m will be for a manual sliding gate. I already have all the materials, including the fence panel, sliding gate and flanged posts. The existing mailbox will be removed, and a new mailbox will need to be installed into the fence by cutting a square opening. I just need someone to install the posts, fence panel, sliding gate and track, secure everything with bolts, and install the new mailbox. You’ll need to bring a grinder and the necessary tools for the installation.

Our electric sliding gate has stopped opening. It's a FAAC sliding gate motor (looks like a 740/741 model), installed by Global Access. What we've checked so far: • Power is on • Remote shows a light when pressed • Safety sensors are clear, nothing blocking them We've also lost the manual release key, so we can't open the cover or push the gate open by hand. Looking for an experienced gate technician to: Open the motor and diagnose why it isn't working Fix it on the spot if possible, or quote for parts Supply a replacement FAAC release key (part 713009 or whichever matches)

I started the job and stopped when I realised I shouldn't be working with chemicals while pregnant. The gate is 360cm x 190cm and needs to be oiled front and back. I have bought Cabot's brand equipment and supplies for the task, you are welcome to use this. I have already cleaned the gate with the Cabot's deck clean solution. I started taping plastic wrapping to the adjacent metal parts, but this step is incomplete. It needs more masking tape and then it will be ready to be oiled front and back.

Hi, I'm looking for someone to repair an electric sliding gate as soon as possible, ideally today.While reversing the car, we accidentally bumped the gate, and since then one of the wheels appears to be out of alignment, so the gate no longer opens or closes properly. I'm looking for someone experienced with automatic sliding gates who can inspect the gate, realign or repair it if possible.

DEA brand electronic sliding gate sensor not working. Gate seems to have power but the sensor seems to think there’s an obstruction. I’ve changed the batter in the sensor and there’s still no movement of the gate. I’ve also cleaned both sensors of dust, obstructions and other materials I need someone qualified to come have a look at it.

After somebody with some experience in making the electric VEVOR gate motor open and close at my house, as photos indicate the motor is mounted and powered up, but I’m having trouble linking the remotes/keypad etc and the magnets which shut off the motor.
