I'm looking for someone to reinstall my existing front metal pedestrian gate after new concrete has been poured. The gate was removed to allow the concreting works to be completed. Because the new footpath has a slightly different finished level, the gate will need to be adjusted and rehung so that it: - Opens and closes smoothly - Has adequate clearance over the new concrete - Is level and aligned with the brick pillars The existing hinges, latch and gate will all be reused if possible. The job may require minor adjustment of the hinge position or hardware to suit the new levels. I'd also like the timber fence on the other side of the brick pillar (along the property boundary) inspected and secured. It has started leaning away, so I'm looking for someone who can anchor or brace it back into position if possible. I need someone who welds to fix this gate. The hinge pin is stuck in the hinge frame itself and cannot turn. The full hinge may need replaced. I am not concerned about having to paint a new one but if it’s replaced I want it matching the top hinge.

I have a metal side gate where the latch/bolt goes into a brick wall. The brick has worn out and been patched previously and the bolt can now be forced out, wearing away the brick. I need a proper, long-lasting fix. I believe we need to drill into the brick and install a steel receiver/sleeve (tube) for the bolt or something similar to fix the issue. Open to other ideas!

Looking for a handyman to repair a side gate latch. The striker plate (the metal tongue) has come off the metal gate frame. Re-mounting the metal striker plate (I have the plate and the original self-tapping screws). Note: The original screw holes in the gate frame appear stripped/enlarged. You will likely need to drill new pilot holes or use slightly larger tek screws (self-tapping metal screws) to ensure a secure fit. I need help repairing a metal pedestrian gate. The left gate post has shifted/leaned, causing the gate to sag. As a result, the latch and strike plate are misaligned, and the gate cannot be locked properly.

My external metal gate is no longer aligning properly with the latch. The gate appears to sit too far away from the strike plate/lock, so it won’t close or stay secured.
